The true heart of our church is to reach out into our community
and to bring the lost and hurting into an intimate, healing
relationship with Jesus.
There are four levels by which we hope to accomplish our
vision:
Win - Consolidate - Disciple - Send
By following the example set for us by Christ, we hope to
"win" new believers to a saving relationship with Jesus, to "consolidate"
them into relationships and fellowship with others in our church, to "disciple"
them by helping them grow spiritually through our Encounter God Retreats
and School of Leaders, and to "send" them out to reach others who
are lost, just as Jesus did with his 12 disciples.
